The summer breeze. The ocean waves crashing in the background. The prettiest blue sky. The bright green grass.. as I stepped out of my car for Courtney & Rob’s wedding, I immediately felt relaxed and at ease. Right then and there I knew it was going to be a wonderful day. People were still setting for the wedding, the caterers busy preparing the tables, the flowers were being arranged, and things are falling into place for a beautiful wedding. But through it all there was this sense of calm, almost serene, permeating through the venue. I love this feeling.
Those things I described perfectly fits Courtney & Rob. Not only were they some of the nicest couple I’ve ever shot, but throughout the day there was this sense of calm that surrounds both of them. From the moment I saw Courtney calmly picking the pictures to be used for the displays.. to the first time I met Rob when he warmly greeted me and shook my hand, to the way Rob & Courtney danced with each other all night long, the day was just as beautiful as they are as a couple.
I typically give some comments for the pictures on this blog, but I feel that the images perfectly describe this wonderful wedding. I hope as you scroll through them that you would feel the beauty, warmth, and calmness that I felt that day.
