She was tense. The anticipation of the biggest day of her life.. the building pressure, things were running a little behind, everything was coming to a climax that day.As we were getting ready to leave the church, I was told by the coordinator to make sure we came back absolutely on-time. Yes Ma’am. I drove Jordan to a park in Lancaster where we were going to have our first-look and Kristen followed in a towncar… and it happened.
The moment they saw each other for the first time that day, all was well. Jordan & Kristen weren’t thinking about anything else anymore but each other. Kristen eased up incredibly, and Jordan simply couldn’t take his eyes off her. It was quite a sight to see, as even I wasn’t able to get their attention for the first few seconds! 
“Thank you so much for the idea to do a first look. I really needed to get out of that church!” she told me. No, Kristen, what you really needed was to see Jordan. You guys are such a special couple. Thank you for the privilege to capture that.
The theme of the Wedding day was, obviously, the Hokies. Kristen & Jordan both attend Virginia Tech University where they are both members of the Triathlon team. Wanna guess what are the hokies colors?
Kristen’s dress was, simply, beautiful.
Kristen & Jordan chose to do their first look at Steinman Park in Downtown Lancaster. It was a perfect location to be shaded from the sweltering heat!
