February 12, 2011. It was supposed to be a warm 40 degrees. I stepped out of my car to get my camera equipment ready, and was immediately greeted by the frigid winds. So not only did it not quite reach 40 degrees, it was also freezing cold with crazy winds going on, which certainly made our outdoor session a little.. well, difficult. But none of that ultimately mattered, as Season and Brian knew that the thing that mattered most that day was their love and commitment to each other.
Brian and Season gave everyone at the Bridal party these cool looking beer steins.. which I used as a prop for the ring shots below.
I love the wedding cupcakes!
Brian cleaned up pretty good..
The event was held at the always fab Stoudt’s Brewery Both the ceremony and the reception were held inside.
The ceremony started… this moment is always one of the highlights of the day for me. There’s so many different things going through everyone’s minds – anticipation, excitement, nervousness, exuberance - it’s simply beautiful.
We braved the cold (and trust me, it was really cold) and stepped out into the village to get some bridal party shots..
Some bridal shots..
With a little bit of texture thrown in..
The reception started with their first dance..
When I asked Brian and Season what kind of mood they are going for, they told me that “it’s basically a big party!” And party they did.
Brian and Season, thank you so much for sharing your very special day with me. I had a great time capturing the love between you two and the happiness you two shared with everyone at the party!
